Sending a Balikbayan Box
Sending a Balikbayan Box with Belwood UK couldn't be easier.
Step 1
Contact us (01780 410800) to order your desired quantity of Balikbayan Boxes. We require a £15 deposit per box ordered.
Unless you plan to supply your own box, we will then arrange a time to come and deliver your boxes. This is typically within 4-5 working days from receipt of your deposit, and subject to stock availability.
Step 2
In your own time, pack your balikbayan box or boxes. See our guide on packing and packaging for further help with this.
Medium boxes have a weight limit of 30kg, and large of 50kg. An additional charge of £2.00 per kilo will be applied to boxes over these limits.
Step 3
Contact us (01780 410800) again to arrange collections of your box or boxes.
We can typically pick up within 4-5 working days. When we come to pick up your box or boxes, we collect the rest of the payment, as arranged when you first contacted us.
Please ensure you have your completed copy of the Bill Of Lading forms ready when we come to collect your box(es).
